148 million XRP tokens worth $313 million were transferred between unknown wallets in one transaction. This is reported by the monitoring service Whale Alert. The event took place on October 29. Other major transactions were recorded on the same day.
40.6 million XRP worth $19.3 million was transferred from the Bitstamp exchange to an unknown wallet. On the contrary, 30 million XRP worth $14.2 million were sent from an unknown wallet to Bitstamp.
Meanwhile, Ripple, the developer of the XRP token and the XRP Ledger blockchain, has disclosed data on its reserves. According to the report, the volume of XRP under her control fell below 50 billion XRP for the first time, or 50% of the outstanding supply.
