In 2023, Binance Charity, the charitable division of the cryptocurrency trading platform, plans to provide 30,650 scholarships for those who continue their careers in Web3.
Institutions participating in the scheme include educational institutions from countries such as Australia, Germany, Cyprus, and Nigeria.
Helen Hay, head of the Binance Charity Foundation (BCSP), said they saw enthusiasm for learning Blockchain technology, DeFi protocols and NFTs, so they offer their free Web3 program with training courses to help tech-savvy people gain more skills.
It is estimated that about 82,000 people have already expressed interest in participating, and this year the University of Texas introduced a unique course on bitcoin for its students.
