Bitmain, a major manufacturer of mining equipment, released a new ASIC miner S19j Pro+ with a power of up to 122 Th/s. This is an improved version of the earlier model S19j Pro, using 3,355 W and providing energy efficiency of 27.5 Joules per terahash. It provides 10% better performance than the model S19j Pro. The miner can be used in different parts of the world because it works with voltages from 220 to 277 V, which is typical for industry in America (277 V), and in most other countries where 220-240 V is standard.
Bitmain S19j Pro+ is air-cooled and can be used to mine Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash and Bitcoin SV. The price of Bitmain S19j Pro+ $2,379 with expected delivery in the first quarter of 2023.
Last summer, the Bitmain Antminer E9 ASIC-miner was introduced for ether mining, which provided a performance of 2,400 Mh/s, the equivalent of 25 Nvidia RTX 3080 video cards.
