It turns out that the fraudster managed to take a snapshot of the cryptocurrency wallet’s balance with no visible passwords on the screen. The perpetrators are part of an organised criminal group from Rome, not just some bug in the software.
After a Trust Wallet investigation, it turned out that the same group had committed multiple robberies in different locations. They always personally asked their victims to show their "hot" wallet balance.
